Benedetto Conversano
Benedetto Conversano is the Enterprise Information Architect at IKEA. Information Technology supports IKEA’s varied business operations globally, from Supply Chain and Product Development to Retail and IKEA’s web presence.
Prior to joining IKEA in 2010, following a degree in Electronic Engineering and a PhD in satellite communication, Benedetto worked for 14 years at Procter & Gamble in various assignments (CRM, Business Intelligence, R&D Systems) until he took the leadership of Global Business Service Leader for the Italian subsidiary. During those years he also worked as CIO at FATER SpA, one of the main P&G joint venture in the world. IT Strategy and organisation development are Benedetto’s main focus areas to deliver results.
